in my view, for most of us, there will not be

one thing that we can do all by itself to get

all better. i ascribe to the teitelbaum

theory, in 'fatigued to fantastic' that says

you have to work on simultaneous things all

at once - problem being that it is a pain to

figure out WHICH simultaneous things are right

for you.... aargh. with brain fog, figuring

this stuff out is a pain in the butt.....

that said, i am enclosing my doctor's formula

for a nasal lavage with my notes of additional

things that may help some of us, espec. those

with upper respiratory problems....

=========

metabolite formula for nancym - given by

dr. richard quisling (who is my wonderful

ent, very sympathetic to cfids and gws folks,

although not a cfids specialist.)

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp potassium bicarbonate (baking soda)

1/2 cup pure water

gargle and swallow.

for nose, dr. quisling recommended adding

1/2 tsp. of glycerin per 1/2 cup of water

but i have not found that necessary for me.

additional things that can be added, discovered

by nancy mcfadden, not by dr. quisling.

1 capsule of cromolyn sodium pure usp - for inflammation

1/4 tsp. of nystatin powder pure usp - for yeast infection

1/4 tsp. of garlic powder (from organic capsules -infection)

or KYOLIC AGED GARLIC JUICE.

I hope this helps someone. mostly for sinuses that are wacko

which mine are after a pesticide hit, or an airplane ride.
