CFS Treatment Survey (adjuct to CAMEO)

I'm considering creating an online questionaire / survey for treatment of

CFS

CAMEO (http://www.tertius.net.au/foothold/cameo/cameo.html ) deals with

symptoms and not with treatments ... so it will not be replicating prior

work...

Also all non-identifying data will be openly available (down loadable) ...

Sooooooo, please email CFS@... with a list of all medicines /

treatment protocols that you have tried (or know that other's have

tried).... please put " TREATMENT " in the subject line...

Also identify after each:

Supplement

Prescription

Psychological

Physical (i.e. swimming, Hale's Breathing..)

This will allow me to build a MULTIPLE CHOICE questionaire...
