Guest guest
Dear Geoff, It is indeed a pity that we could not meet when you were in Calcutta earlier this month. I received your earlier mail enquiring about accommodation around Tollygunge, and my colleague had responded with some information immediately. It seems from your email that you did not receive those. When you did not respond we assumed that you must have made other arrangements. Meanwhile our office was closed for about a week for the annual festival. We really appreciate the effort you made in finding our office despite the confusion. We cannot apologise enough for the rudeness you encountered when you came to the office. We were all in a meeting away from the office and whoever was around obviously acted without any sense of responsibility. We sincerely apologise for the incidence and hope that we continue to receive your support and cooperation as we have been receiving to such good effects, till now. Thanking you and with warm regards Yours truly, Angura Begum Secretary, DMSC E-mail: <sonagachi@...> ________________________________
