Guest guest
Marty, Thank you for the offerto take questions. I have a question maybe you could help me with. Do you ever feel worse after a glu/Atp injection, sort of a detox? Is there a happy medium where you take enough to feel better, but too much, or to frequently causes you to detox and feel worse for a while? Thank you M-

Is there a happy medium where you take enough to feel better, but too much, or to frequently causes you to detox and feel worse for a while? I think she starts people on 1 per week with blood work every 6 weeks. I think the sleepiness/tiredness is detox - it is very different from the fatigue I had before starting the injections but it is minimal for me. I crash every Monday and part of Tues. I have given this much thought - but I do not think the crashing is from the injections but from feeling better Saturday that I run errands (like I used to) and Sunday (which is always a full day - Sunday School and Church with no place to lay down - I have NMH). So, I think I have experienced slight detox over the 6 weeks (I have been sick 6 months). I will know more soon as another Houstonian (sick for 3 years) just started his injections today and my sister (FM for 9 years) sees Dr. Salvato tomorrow (I don't know if she will get the injections or not - I guess it depends on her immune panel (NK Cell level). I don't know if it is related to how much toxin storage you have but I don't think the detox is as severe as other options. Hope this helps, Marty
