Guest guest
Hi Ken, Dr. See's lab is the one that did my mycoplasma PCR test, NK cell count, a test for my ability to use antioxidents (fuzzy on last test). He is in the same office with the specialist I see now. They are located in Huntington Beach, California which is located in Orange County. Dr. See is involved with Mannatech products. My doctor charged me $500.00 for supplementary products for my illness last visit. She and Dr.See are raising money fo research. I bought my first box of immunocal there and paid $125.00 for it. Then I called the number on the box and became a " distributor " so I could get it cheaper--$60.00 per box. I'm switching to immopro now. Dr. See has been in court for months with UCI for misusing funds for CFIDS purposes and then disappearing from his post without word. I could re-find the local news articles but it would be hard. He was fired and is being sued. He is world reknowned and people fly in to see him. He has seen new patients in the past 6 months. He treats with Mannatech products and owns an interest in the business (MLM). He does outstanding lab work for CFIDS folks. His protocol IS quite interesting. Guest guest
Hi Sheri! Thanks for letting us know Dr See's whereabouts. I have wondered what happened to him ever since that article came out saying he was " missing " and had been fired. I'm glad he is still taking an interest in CFS, since he sure seemed dedicated when he gave that speech in '97. (I have it on tape) > Dr. See's lab is the one that did my mycoplasma PCR test, NK cell >count, a test for my ability to use antioxidents (fuzzy on last test). I will have to look into that last test, cos I would really like to know if I can use antioxidants or not. Do you remember what type of test it was (like blood, urine, etc)? > Dr. See is involved with Mannatech products. My doctor charged me >$500.00 for supplementary products for my illness last visit. Do you know if you got products tailored to your symptoms and/or test results, or would it be the same for everyone? What do they have you taking? Take care, everyone! Guest guest
Hi Sherry, Dr. See has lost all integrity as a result of the UCI case & Mannatech products, which has not worked for the majority of CFS patients I spoke with. They felt robbed, also juding from the price you paid for Immunocal $125 from him, I can see why they feel that way!
