Guest guest
Thanks for the information on rebound exercise and the bouncy ball. I just happen to be trying a very simple beginners level chi gong energy exercise tape which especially stresses two simple exercises which may have similar effects: I) Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, arms relaxed at sides, and bently bounce, bending knees as you go up and down, trying to work up to five or ten minutes a day. 2) Breathing in, rise up on your toe and come down on your heels; breath out after your heels touch the floor. Repeat nine times -supposed to stimulate the brain. JUst try to be very relaxed with both these exercises. Actually, the tape includses warm up exercises, also simple (though I find them strenuous anyway) that may be important to the effect of these exercises but I thought I would share them because they are so simple, and take no equipment.
