Guest guest
I got six Diflucan from my MD, told to take one Mondays > and one Thursdays for 3 weeks. I have taken 2 and found no help there. I know with my kids, it takes several days before they even begin to have die-off, several weeks before they start to show improvement. We do switch from one antifungal to another.(every 6mo or so) But they will both be on some type for quite some time. My younger son has deteriorated pretty quickly when meds were stopped in the past. My understanding is that unless their immune system has returned to normal, some type of suppression therapy will be necessary.(or until a cure is found) The antifungals are only one part of their treatment, though. Maybe the Diflucan will take care of some of it, then the natural antifungals can do the rest. Hope things go well. Cheryl
