Guest guest
msm is wonderful stuff and rarely causes any side effects. IT's also easy on the stomach unlike some supplements. It's more of a basic component than a vitamin or mineral. I think I've mentioned before we use it for a number of hard luck rescue horses. I've found it boosts the effectiveness of other supplements; specifically, glucosamine ch in one horse with arthritis. IT's even used, much diluted, as a spray for eye problems (makes the top layer relax in the right situation). Often, it's in the drug store and 'natrol' has a two for one packaged special. IT's probably the cheapest of the things we try!! If you have trouble swallowing the capsules, open them and sprinkle it one food. (tastes awful if you try it straight!)
