Guest guest Posted April 1, 2000 Report Share Posted April 1, 2000 OK I did it the right way today. I got up and took a heaping teaspoon with water. Then I went back to bed. When I got up I added another teaspoon with my cereal and soy milk. I will see if taking it this was helps. Overall I am doing better especially in the morning. I have been taking a extra teaspoon with cereal in the mid afternoon and I find that I am not so sleepy at night. My sleep seem lighter on immunopro but I am not sure that it is lighter. I think I may be dreaming more but these dreams way be just before awakening. One thing that happened just as I begin to feel better is my tinnitus become louder, but I can live with that.
