Re: explicit herx symptoms IMHO

For my sanity and hopefully talent in my own reactions and symtoms.

I call it a herx if it comes on fast and goes in a type of cycles

I drink lemon & olive hopefully to get the die off of herxing and not grow

into more yuckies I would have to deal with.

If it starts with the head maybe itching a alot to a tad and then after a

while goes right thru the body, once it hit my knee ,felt it would fall off,

then gets to the feet out the toes

Each time with doxy cycles 6 weeks ,I feel it is lesseing in my laymens terms

of herxing

Years back when Dr.Krupp tried a 6 week doxy , it was headaches similar to

original headaches back in the olden days, the intensity worn off in days.

You have to keep intouch with Drs & Pharmicts etc. Pharmacist was concerned

for my stomach, no problems and that was with doxy caps. not doxy hyclate tabs

feet and palms did get a water blister type big itchys, almost went to ER but

then lessened and dry up and peeled off like a sunburn, she questioned the

severity took notes, said nothing, once awhile i still get a tiny blister or

two on palms and feet,

Remember I am in the dark with most of this and have to go by my gut

,personal dxs and advise of knowledgable People & Drs, Not an MD but a

retired flower lover.
