try to limit or eliminate your fluids with your meals - sounds crazy I know but

I've had an ectomy now with Dr. L and I cannot drink anything with meals - I

have to wait 20-30 minutes. Then I'm fine.

Otherwise, like Cara said, I have to watch sugar and I don't drink any coffee

until after I've eaten some protein.

Dumping triggers are sugar, dairy, greasy foods, coffee, chocolate and sometimes

things unique to you - it take some time but with some trial and error - I have

virtually eliminated dumping from my life (yay!!)
