Maybe the side effects would be manageable and your system could get used to the product. As you know, some have started at 1/4 tsp. and are now doing well. Just a thought. Just a thought. > > Mike Hi Mike, I can't imagine a biological effect either pro or con with 1/4 tsp/day. 1/4 teaspoon is .3 grams. The recommended dosage is between 10-30 grams/day. If improvement is noted at such a small dosage, then I would have to conclude that it is by other means than glutathione production. May be perhaps worth a try though. However, I don't know if a smaller dose will help with a severe dairy intolerance. Has this been addressed in any of the literature with these products? Have to wait until I recover from this last adventure. Right now, I am feeling very ill and disgusted and when I get to this point I have to quit everything and try to find a plateau again. -aka Job ( no boils yet though )

Please, if anyone is passing on info to m Keenan or anyone else, I view it as a breach of trust among our list and our community of patients.
