Guest guest
I would do some research before taking a soy isolate, like genestein or isoflavones, or whatever. I have read, don't remember where, but do remember it was credible source, that taking isoflavones alone, may actually (and the operative word here is MAY) increase risk of breast cancer, while taking in whole soy products is correlated with a decrease in breast cancer risk. Something about needing the phytochemical as it naturally occurs in the plant and it having different effects if you isolate it out. But, soy itself has plenty of genestein, so if you're not allergic, this would seem to be a better (and probably cheaper) choice.
