Emma, thanks for this explantion. I'm familiar with

myofascial release but hadn't heard of dry needling.

FYI, herxing is a reaction to meds or supplements that

are working on viruses or infections, like a die-off

effect. Symptoms are similar to flu and can last a

few days or weeks depending on the severity of the

virus. Ken Lassensen's web site has more info, I

think, but I don't have the URL.
