You have to accept that you are ill first - then you can start -seriously - finding a treatment which fits you best. In this stage you do not give up hope. You are well aware of all the problems, relapses, overdoing, cycling of symptoms and thus you can start to manage it youself and take over the control again. I still think I'll be healthy one day but I understand the process is not as fast as we wish.
