hi sara - i wanted to tell you that " herxing " may be continuous, in one

form or another - probably the worst of it at the beginning. and the

longer you've been sick, the worse this " herxing " will be. i know of at

least a couple people who started it and quit because they felt worse

(one of whom is going to try it again). the " mild, flu-like symptoms "

label on the bottle can be very misleading.

also, it would seem that the time needed on the full dose (3 capsules

daily) may vary widely - 6mos may not be the " magic bullet " for all of

us.....

also wanted to tell you that all three of us are improving on the F560

without

blood-thinning treatment. however, i've been experimenting with the

bromelain for a couple weeks, and seem to get some benefit from it.

kenL's website has ton's of info on blood thinning, dietary and

otherwise. it could be the 560 will work faster for everyone with blood

thinning treatment, who knows....

my dr said something to me in may, and i haven't repeated it because i

don't know if i understood it correctly - what i caught was that 17 of

18 of his patients that did the hemex hypercoagulability testing turned

up with genetic defects for it. if i understood this correctly - if 17

of 18 had _genetic_ defect/s causing hypercoag - it's absolutely

stunning..... i could be wrong - it could be just that 17 of 18 were

hypercoag ......
