Guest guest
I never check my achalasia emails any me, shame on me, as this list led me to my relief a few years ago. Phil, the doc that I used, Dr. Richter, recently left Temple in Philadelphia and is now at USF Med in Tampa. Dr. Richter is in Dr. rice & #39;s league as an achalasia specialist, and is much closer to you than South Carolina. Might be good to contact him. Note that Richter is a GI and not a surgeon, so he would do the diagnosis then someone else would operate on you. In my case it was Dr. dan Dempsey, who afaik is still in Philly. I will check this email for the next few days to see if I can be of any further help. Jim

Guest guest
Dr. Richter, GI specialist, just moved to Florida, not sure Tampa area or where. He has been to Cleveland Clinic and Temple University. Very highly recommended!! Everyone talks very highly of him. Good luck!! > > > > I never check my achalasia emails any me, shame on me, as this list led me to my relief a few years ago. > > > > Phil, the doc that I used, Dr. Richter, recently left Temple in Philadelphia and is now at USF Med in Tampa.
