Hi all,

Just had a few questions for any of you that have had a HM. I am 3 weeks post HM

and was wondering if drinking carbonated beverages is completely out of the

question and also wondering if any of you are able/allowed to drink

wine/alcohol. My doctor did inform me not to drink any carbonated beverages for

the first 8 weeks. I was also wondering for those of you who are losing hair if

it grows back. I have long hair and have lost about half of it in 2 months. I

was told I was losing my hair because of my rapid weight loss. I lost 100lbs in

less than 3 months. I am currently taking a multivitamin but was curious if

there was anything else I could take to help.

I tried some wine 3 1/2 weeks after my HM and it gave me a really bad tummy

ache. I also had to sleep on my high wedge pillow that night. I was told 3

months of no carbonated beverages. I tried one after 10 weeks and it was ok.
