Guest guest
I hope your surgery goes well Jenn. I remember how excited I was waiting to have my HM so I could eat. Sadly, I am still waiting! > > > > Got that magical phone call yesterday. Surgery for my HM is scheduled for > > April 10th. I did a dance of joy. Â Got that magical phone call yesterday. Surgery for my HM is scheduled for April 10th. I did a dance of joy. I just need to survive the next few weeks. Also saw my GP yesterday regarding spasms. I am starting diltiazem hcl 120mg daily today to see if it will help any. I didn't want any oral pain meds as i find them quite nauseating. We agreed that for the short term duration of two weeks that the current plan for hydration and uncontrolled spasms can stay in place. I ended up paying the ER another visit last night but I feel so good this morning being hydrated. It's nice to pee more than once a day. So my current plan is the diltiazem, stop the nitro spray, ativan to try if spasms are bad to see if I can try to settle them (and myself lol), ondansetron for my morning retching spells and surgery in under 2 weeks. I feel like I can do this now because the light is shining bright at the end of the tunnel. Just need to keep an eye on my BP, and push forward. Guest guest
Day 2 of Diltiazem. Took some zofran this am and am staying in bed. BP is lower this am. 108/60. No spasms yet. Called in sick to work last night as I was dizzy and my stbx was ranting and had me in spasms. Low key is the word until the 10th. Gym membership on hold and only 3 more 12 hr shifts at work.
