Debbie welcome to the group. If you want to talk by phone I am willing to do

so. You can also look at www.achalasia.us and that might help out some.

able to eat is taking it's toll on me, affecting my blood pressure, causing

lightheadedness etec. Do others notice this as well? Is there anyone out there

that has had this procedure done in STL? This is so frustrating, some days I

feel as though I am falling apart!

First of all welcome to the group.  As you, I have been diagnosed for over

three years with acid relex.  I do not take the nexium now.  And I come to

believe now it was the start of Achalasia.  My blood pressure has been high and

I have gotten lightheaded also.  I still take the blood pressure pills but I

am 53 and over weight.  I am post 10 days HM.  It is great now.  I did my

surgery in ville, FL.  You will be amazed how you will feel

afterwards.  Good Luck.

Thank you for the web site.  I have added it to my favorites and will look it

over.
