Guest guest
POEM, SEMF and TEEM are all types of NOTES (natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery), which means they are done by going in a natural opening like the mouth then through an enclosed space like the esophagus. POEM is Per-Oral which mean it is through the mouth. All these are through the mouth. SEMF is Submucosal. All of these are submucosal. TEEM is Trans-Esophageal which means it is through the esophagus. All of these are through the esophagus. Here are links to studies seeking subjects.
