Guest guest
ginger- fresh, ginger in tea, peppermint tea, queasy pops available from Bariatric Advantage, also called preggy pops available at maternity stores. If people actually use it these tend to work. Guest guest
I wake up every morning around 5 am so nauseated that I am close to retching. Retching brings on spasms and it makes for a wonderful day. My E is empty so the nausea is not from food or liquid sitting. I sometimes wonder if it is from saliva settling down there at night. I was given Zofran (Ondansetron) which is commonly used for chemo patients here in Canada when I was in the ER the other day. It worked very well for the nausea. I am just wondering if anyone takes scheduled anti-emetics? I am getting close to getting a script and setting my alarm for 3am. I think if I could settle the nausea then I might be able to settle the spasms? Jenn
