I felt like that 3 weeks after my HM after I ate soup with too much pepper then

tried some wine. Some things just don't agree with my stomach at all now.

Perhaps you had something your stomach really doesn't like.

I didn't expect heaps of pepper in a basic pumpkin soup. In future I will

always ask....but for now I only go out for coffee.

Yep cake goes down, and so does chocolate. Muffins are ok the day they are

made, but not the next day when they dry out a little.
