Guest guest
Recently you all have talking about trouble with the upper sphincter and some one posted that that they can feel things sticking up there. Taniea often says that is where she feels her food but all of her GI's to date say it isn't revelent. But Taniea on May 29th had a redo myotomy and pylor myotomy. I was told the pylor myotomy was to help her food to pass into her small intestine. I thought that even though it is not called Achalasia of the cardiac it is still very similar being as though are body uses peristalsis and sphincters in other parts of our bodies. And that Achalasia in a way can effect these parts of the body. Am I wrong about that? Taniea since the surgery is doing really well has had mild pain and a few bad bout s of sticking and nausea but since its only been a little more then a month and this has been the longest she has gone with out pain and regurgitation we are extremely hopeful.
