Deborah, this message makes me nervous as Fuller was my surgeon only a year

ago. I remember the foaming at the mouth as the worse stage of A. I think

you are smart to get into see Conklin right away. I wish you could remove

yourself from your stressful situation. I also wish you had someone to help

you take some hard things off your mind. My heart goes out to you. Please

keep us updated on how things are going at Cedars with Conklin.

When I feel stressed, I take a couple magnesium pills as a natural muscle

relaxant to help my E relax and prevent NCCP's. It is also a laxative so if

you take magnesium, don't take too many.

I'm in need of everyone's opine, but my last two

attempts at posting did not show up.

I am having a lot of NCCPS, under enormous

personal stress from a stalker, and will be going

to court in two weeks' time.

Some foam is coming up, again, I am losing weight,

(I look better!) but, my chest is bad.

You are doing the right thing in that you are taking the stalker to court. He

must be shown that he cannot intimidate women and get away with it! It sounds

like your NCCP'S are stress related but they cannot be allowed to carry on like

this. You are doing right in that you are contacting your doctor again because

by now you may need a dilatation with a gastrscopy. Good luck.

Thank you, . I only hope the Judge we get on the

26th thinks my lawsuit is worth hearing, hearing carefully.

It may not be a murder case or high espionage, but this guy

DID threaten about 12 women here and he DID get very drunk

and recklessly, negligently, set fire to the hillside, burning

down his own deck. We are in a VERY HIGH FIRE RISK zone,

right on the Pacific Coast Highway, right next door to Malibu.

We had a fire one year ago when a highway workman's tool

sparked an eccentric fire in the scrub-brush and 30 homes

burned in one hour's time. Fires here are serious.

Can't wait to sell my home and LEAVE.

If I thought I could move into a small cottage in

Boscastle and just write, paint and listen to the BBC

world service/music, I'd be a very happy camper.

It really does not matter where I live, as long as there

is a decent medical center, a good library not too far

away, and some writing and painting supplies. That's one

of the good things about being a self-employed writer:

I can work at home, make my own schedules, make my own

lunches, etc.!

I look forward to getting beyond my court date, which, quite

frankly, has me horrified. This guy is vindictive, seems

to feed off the fear and trauma he causes in women.

Sometimes it feels as if I'm living in a really awful

King wanna-be novel. Blech!

And how is the Olympic excitement in England?! Must

be quite something!

Olympic excitment is reaching fever pitch and i can't wait for the games to

start. My other half has no interest in the games whatsoever but i don't care,

i'll watch what i can of them. Your stalker sounds like he has mental issues and

should be sectioned for his own and your safety. I have a paranoid

schitzophrenic who lives accross the road from me and he had to be sectioned

permanently because he wasn't taking his medication and was too dangerous to be

left on his own so i can sympathise with you there. Good Luck in the court. Let

us know how things go will you. And may you find a more peacefull home soon.

Hi Deborah, I am fairly new to the group and I am 3 months post-Heller. Stress

just *has* to be a factor in the crazy disorder! Your stress is pretty severe.

I don't know about others that have Achalasia - or if you have tried this med

yet, but my Doctor prescribed the generic of LEVSIN for the NCCPs. It is really

cheap $5, it tastes like a small peppermint, and I put it under my tongue the

absolute second that I feel a spasm coming on. If I wait until the spasm starts,

then the spasm can last almost all day. I don't have to take Levsin every

day....only when a spasm hits. I don't know what it does, but for me it stops

the pain from coming, or at least not lasting too long. The only side effect is

a dry mouth....it's not even worth mentioning this side effect.
