Guest guest
Just passed the six month post-Heller mark. Was thinking tonight as I took a couple of naproxen (hip pain), that it's been *months* since I had to follow a pair of those pills with antacids because the back up, acid, came back into my mouth. Truth is, it had been *decades* since that *hasn't* happened. Same is true with a number of other pills where I'd always get a back taste: fish oil capsules, alpha lipoic acid. I'd had trouble with aspirin since I was a teen. Certain foods I've had trouble with for a decade, bacon, rice for instance, now go down and STAY down. It may be that a Heller doesn't CURE you (and I know it doesn't) but man, it might as well, lol! At least at this point. I'm very grateful and glad I went ahead and did it despite being scared stiff, grin. Sometimes courage pays off very well! xox in WV
