Hi Suzanne--I did the guai protocol for about 9 months

and saw very little change for the better as my then

undiagnosed tick born infections continued to get

worse.

If you do it, you have to be extremely strict about

avoiding topical and oral herbal salicylates. There is

an everchanging list of things to avoid which is very

complex. I suggest you get on the guai support group

but be warned that it is or (was) an extremely closely

monitored group. (It makes this list look like a free

for all.) It is also somewhat difficult to figure out

how much to take for your own situation. You will feel

worse before you feel better, especially the longer

you have been sick.

However, there are many people who have used it

successfully, especially the more newly diagnosed.

BTW, several people on the guai group have been

diagnosed with Lyme disease besides myself.

FWIW and Good Luck,

Hope
