Uva-Ursi and other 'natural' anti-microbials

I recently had a test back from Great Smokies which showed

I have lots of the bad kind of E.Coli together with an unspecified

bacterial and/ or parasitic pathogen in my gut.

As well as antibiotics, they cite a few 'natural' anti-microbials

which might help. Interestingly, they don't cite Olive Leaf

Extract, but they *do* cite Uva-Ursi.

Has anybody used this with useful results? At what kind of dosage?

GS quote 20,000 micrograms per milli litre as the minimum

useful concentration of the stuff, but don't say how much or how

often!!

All the best
