This whole question drives me bats! Because I don't understand hardly at all!!! I know my amino acid has to be alone in my stomache so it isn't nullified by other aminos. I know the bromelain has to be w. out food to work as a blood thinner. Now I have started the whey. What does " an empty stomache " consist of anyhow. If I dump 9 pills down at once can my stomache then be considered still empty? HELP, someone! Adrienne > >
