Guest guest
I found a magnesium supplement in a Health Food Store that has several different forms of magnesium and is Krebs cycled which supposedly makes it more absorbable. Any comments on wether this could be as helpful as using magnesium glycinate, since I can't find glycinate anywhere (other than ordering on-line which I can't do right now). For anyone else that's interested, it's called Natural Source Opti-Mag 250, by Nu-Life. The Ingredient List is: Magnesium (Citrate, fumarate, malate, glutarate, succinate) 250 mg. In a non-medicinal base of: black cohosh, wood betony and capsicum. Thanks, Vee
