Taking bioflavanoids with things that make you herx?

I saw somewhere that you should take your bioflavanoids at night, so that

your cellular pumps are shut down while you are inactive. But that's also

when I usually take anything that's going to make me herx. Don't I want

them open while I'm herxing? Then I should take the bioflavanoids in the

morning, right?

And are you supposed to take milk thistle at night? I seem to recall that

you are, but I can't remember why or whether the fact that you were herxing

would matter.
