Adam,

The artemesia resolved my milk allergy/lactose intolerance and also resolved

much of my GI problems but not all. Currently, I rotate artemesia (1/2

dropper 2x/day) for one month, then two pills of golden seal root (500 mg.

each) for a month, then two pills daily of grapefruit seed extract (125 mg.

each) for a month. I got this rotational regimen from Dr. Cheney but I

think he suggested 6 week rotations but I can't remember exactly. This

regimen seems to be working for me. Good luck, Steve Bullock
