Guest guest
Adam, The artemesia resolved my milk allergy/lactose intolerance and also resolved much of my GI problems but not all. Currently, I rotate artemesia (1/2 dropper 2x/day) for one month, then two pills of golden seal root (500 mg. each) for a month, then two pills daily of grapefruit seed extract (125 mg. each) for a month. I got this rotational regimen from Dr. Cheney but I think he suggested 6 week rotations but I can't remember exactly. This regimen seems to be working for me. Good luck, Steve Bullock OLE herxing > > > > > > > > > > Hi Ken and All, > > > > > > When is a herx not a herx? > > > Recently, as I have mentioned earlier, I have started taking (East > Park's) > > > Olive Leaf Extract (OLE) and as result am sleeping 12hrs a day and > feeling > > > exhausted.
