Guest guest
Laurie, What type of blood type do you have? Once we circulated this question on my former CFIDS chat group when that book came out. I am type A, though, and DO find it hard not to eat vegetarian (which is what is recommended for type A's), but I think the vegetarian diet probably is detrimental to most PWC's, so I'm trying to phase out of it. Peggy << Subject: re: coagulation and diet Hi , I have the " Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type " book (misplaced it....brain fog), and I have felt better when sticking with the suggested diet for my blood type. Interesting, maybe it is partly responsible for my coagulation problems >>
Guest guest
Hi Peggy, I'm type O positive, so I'm supposed to avoid grains, most fruits as I recall, and eat meat. Ken is also O positive, and we don't know what the kids are yet, but I am planning to sneak that in when we do another blood draw with them.
