Guest guest
: I quit the rice Inositol for a few days because of diarrhea. I forgot about Ruths caveat about vitamin C. Sorry to be so graphic, but it was a very clear mucousy diarrhea- kind of scarry so just decided no C or Inositol for a few days and I'll try again. As far as positive effects, I have had more energy on some days including yesterday and today when I had no inositol?? Have not noticed anything else or being particularly hungry. I was looking around for info on Ip-6 because someone posted a question about it being a blood thinner, and found that it does reduce platlet stickiness. I even got a response back from A.K.M. Shamsuddin M.D Phd, who seems to be Mister IP-6, who said that IP-6 is made in human cells from inositol in about 7 days. It can also be purchased as a separate product. He has also written a book called IP-6 Nature Revolutionary Cancer Fighter. I've never read it. E. " I'd rather be working " wrote.. <This is to the person who tried the rice inositol by jarrow(I think) and to Ruth. Ruth are you noticing that you are more hungry on your inositol? I am starving on it and I think its making my yeast worse. Also, did you say yours comes in a glass jar or plastic bottle in powder form? To the person who is trying the rice kind.....is it helping and are you having any bad side effects yet?
Guest guest
The book from Shamsuddin sounded interesting, so I went to see how much it costs - lists for 5.99, but half.com has several listing used for less than $2.00 so including shipping I just ordered one for $3.50.
