Guest guest
, I have had the sensation of the floor tilting on and off. You might want to see the previous thread a month or so back on this list about stroke-like symptoms. I also frequently have the sensation you're talking about - the sense of unfamiliarity. If the order of my house gets disrupted in any way - if things are removed from their common places or shifted around, my cognitive impairments get worse, because of the sensation that nothing looks familiar. It is as if my brain needs to be continually reinforced that the environment is the same - it just can't quite register that I'm waking up in the same place every day. I think some of this is due to short-term memory loss. If I put something down or write something down, I instantly forget about it. If i try to go out to a store or somewhere everything around me feels really strange, I feel like im in a worlded by myself. things seem blurry, I feel very spacey, everything seems foggy and i feel so light headed and well this is kind of hard to explain but when i walk it feels like im unbalanced or the floor is tilting not sure if i decribed that well enough. Its kind of scarey, Is this part of cfs? thanks michelle >>
