Tests to do before starting antibiotics?

Since I came up positive for mycoplasma, my doctor wants me to have another

test to determine which species. (Right now we don't know.) I can't start

on antibiotics until I get the blood drawn for that test.

I am wondering if there is anything else I should get tested for before I

start the antibiotics? I have had a Lyme disease test, but I was thinking I

should get a better test than just the Unilab test. It sounds like I ought

to look into Chlamydia pneumonia, also.

Anything else I'm missing? Ricksettia, maybe?
