Guest guest
, Your body is going to be flushing out toxins for a number of weeks after beginning B-12 either in your bile if your lucky (causes diarrhea) or face if unlucky (acne). This means you have toxins and it's working. Your condition will improve if you continue. This therapy will take a lot of pressure off your liver and it will begin to shrink back to normal size. Your weight will also return to nomal (if CFS caused increase) because your body may have created extra layer of fat to provide additional protection from toxins. I haven't heard of lung problems before. We'll probably get a lot of interest from women whe they hear the weight loss factor. A few months ago when I mentioned this on the About.com CFS website I was deluged with replies from women who had gained weight since contracting CFS.
