Laurel,

Elavil also causes NK cell count to decline, thus weakening immune system

further as PWC's already have below-normal NK cell counts. Steve B.

Steve, Could you please tell me where you found this inormation about the

elavil. Also i had my endocrinilogist take my HGH but i saw in some of your

emails you mention the IG-1 test are they both the same test.

Jill,

If your dr. tested your HGH level he did it with the IGF-1 test. The Elavil

info. regarding it's depressing NK cell counts was part of a synopsis of a

research study posted on CFSResearchegroups ; in addition, someone on

this list posted that elavil can cause brain tumors. I don't know if there

is any research backing that claim. Steve B.
