LK,

I use Saizen HGH brand. Start with about 0.20 mg. (I stopped measuring in

IU's because depending on how much saline you mix in it can really make

measurement innacurate) any time of day. If no bad reaction, give second

shot 5 days later. Gradually work up to 0.83 mg. 3x a week if you can

tolerate this level. This will use up a 5 mg. box of saizen in 2 weeks

(it's shelf life about 2 weeks, 3 max.). If after you've reached target

maximum dose you can handle, you can tell how much your injecting because

you go through entire 5 mg. in two weeks (6 injections if injecting

0.83/mg/day). You don't stop taking this stuff. It's not a short term

therapy. If you add Somatomed or Vespro GHS, your brain may slowly repair

itself (has peptides that aid in hypothalaumus repair) and someday maybe you

can discontinue. Also, if you take Somatomed, you may be able to get by

with lower doses of injections. I take both. No negative side affects.

May solve your sleep and hormonal problems. Steve B.
