Guest guest
I agree I wouldn't want to take it without a doctor prescribing it, but I will have to say that the doctor didn't do any coag tests other than the ISAC, no measurement of coag once I started the heparin, and seems in no rush for me to be retested. Apparently he has other patients on this protocol and is supposed to know what he's doing. But since there is so little concern I'm guessing that the low dose isn't likely to cause problems. Again, I'm not saying I would do it without a doctor, but it seems that any doctor that could do minimal interpretation of tests and help with problems would be enough I would think. Just incase you are thinking of experimenting with this, it is not a drug you want to inject without a doctor knowing what your condition is. This list is intended for patients to share personal experiences with each other, not to give medical advice. If you are interested in any treatment discussed here, please consult your doctor.
