Hi all

Sorry this has taken so long but have had email problems and have been able to

receive but not send mail.

I don't think there was an argument. Hud did appoligise for being alittle

forcefull and Im sorry Ive not been able to reply.

Thanks Hud for your forthright admission. If this difference of opinions has

scared or upset anyone Im sorry. I was pretty forceful in my reply to Hud as

well.

To Sandy thanks for the support. Its important that we stand up for tolerance of

each others differing experiences on the list. At first when I was on the lists

I found it hard to cope with strong opinions but I realise that most of us have

them including me.

One thing that I feel is important is that with this illness most of us get

brain fog and are under enormous stress. The brain fog can atleast for me make

it difficult to read properly and organise my thoughts into posts. Its

inevitable that misunderstandings

somtimes happen.

Im going quiet on the list for a while not because of this in any way but

because Ive got to catch up with some pressing issues in my life which I have

been neglecting because of being sick. I will be reading all your thoughts

though ( i.e. Your posts; Im not psychic ).

If anyone wants info about migranes and cell salts feel free to backmail me and

Ill try to reply soon.
