with over 8 centers across the country, requires the following personnel for its

Head Office in Bangalore :

1. SENIOR ADDICTION COUNSELLOR - PG. in Psychology/ Psychotherapy (Counseling).

Must be able to manage client strength of 55/60 other counselors and support

staff.

2. MEDICAL OFFICER -MBBS & Clinical exp.; Passion for treating people with

HIV/AIDS.

3. HR EXECUTIVE:Grad. in Personnel Management/HR must be capable of developing

and managing HR Dept. independently.

4. PROJECT PLANNING EXECUTIVE -Grad. with exp. in conceptualizing projects,

drafting proposals and preparing reports (especially in the field of HIV/AIDS &

Addiction) preferred.

5. COUNSELLORS:(Male): PG in Psychology/ Psychotherapy (Counselling) must be

familiar with the 12-step AA/NA program.

6. RESIDENTIAL COUNSELLORS (2 Posts -Male)- PG in Psychology /MSW preferred.

Must be familiar with the 12-step AA/NA program. Exp. in the field of Addiction

will be appreciated.

7. COUNSELLORS :(female) MSW preferred with knowledge of HIV/AIDS counseling.

8. COMMUNITY HEALTH EDUCATORS -Holders of Certificate in Community Health will

be preferred.

9. OFFICE ASSISTANTS(2 Posts) -Experience in similar post with capability of

handling correspondence and other office functions independently.

10. DOCUMENTATION ASST. : Grad. with Computer Skills capable of handling social

science documentation and data entry.
