Guest guest
Any relationship between chlamydia pneumonia and chlamydia STD? I've been wondering this for a while. This article talks about them like they are the same thing. But I believe they are totally different. Is there any relationship at all? http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/news/nation-world/html98/hart_19990226.html Thanks
Guest guest
I researched the sexually transmitted form of chlamydia a bit because I think that I had it when I was young. Interestingly it can cause a lingering form of arthritis of which little is known about. To me this would indicate that it either causes an " autoimmune " reaction or can be chronic, maybe given the right circumstances/host or not treated completely enough early on. Many people never have significant symptoms w/ C. trachomatis. My stepmother was infertile because of an unnoticed infection with it. I had mild urinary tract symptoms, and about the same time a chronically creaky achy neck. Diagnosis: nonspecific urethritis which chlamydia was commonly known as before it was recognized and testing for it became more commonplace. I don't know if the creaky neck was part of it or not. At the time I thought that it might be, but I also jumped off a stage and landed flat on my back on a hardwood floor somewhere in there and took a lot of cheap acid which can definitely cause some spinal symptoms. Well, I had a lot of fun anyhow. I wouldn't be surprised if trachomatis could be a player in the re-activaed pathogen catagory. To complicate matters, testing for it is not straight forward. I hope that people are starting to look deeper on that one. From what I read, which was minimal and frustrating, it seemed worthy of further investigation as a chronic disease factor. I wonder if trachomatis is intracellular? E. (my daily advice: condoms were a good invention, If you're going to jump off a stage make sure someone is in the way, and spend the extra dollar to buy good acid) <<Any relationship between chlamydia pneumonia and chlamydia STD?
