Tamil Nadu Government today announced that they are going to distribute

condoms through ration shops in the state. Known for the highest number of HIV

carriers in the country, Govt. took this iniative for wider awareness among

villegers for condom usage. Rs.5/- Rs.10/- packets will be distributed and

attractive commission also offered for shop owners. Villegers are more averse to

using condoms complaining insensitivity and non-availability.
