Dear Dr.Gupta,

I went through your answers of the Conference. You have analysed the probs,

wonderfully. I have been engaged in AIDS Prevention Campaign since past seven

years and share your views in toto.

Being wife of a senior bureaucrat, I have knowledge of functioning of the

Government and its sincerity of implementing any programme unless the management

could smell cents for their own benefit.

How right you are to assess the gift of the gab of some of our leaders. Here I

would like to add that the same people fail to impress miserably when it comes

to represent India in International Forum. I have witnessed one such lack

lustre, contentless, irrelevant, pathetic speeches delivered by our x PM

Mr.I.K.Gujral in the International AIDS Conference at Barcelona last year.

The heads of some other countries, even with their Limited knowledge of English

spoke with telling impact! Because they spoke from their heart and they were the

real representatives of their people.

Hope, you keep presenting the fact as well in the future too.
