Guest guest
Jim, Goldstein has over 100 drugs that he uses and everyone responds differently based on their unique genetics. For me, Nimodipine or Nimotop was the most effective and longest lasting (3-4 months before effects gradually began to wear off). it completely eliminated my symptoms within 30 minutes. A Dopamine nasal spray Dr. Goldtein compounds also worked within minutes but I built up a tolerance to this drug quickly. Some people respond within seconds to low doses of nitroglycerine, ketamine nasal spray and eye drops. You can't tell what will work on a patient. You spend of the day in his office and take a new drug every hour until he finds one that will work for you. Unfortunately, as I said, you build up a tolerance and gradually your symptoms return. He has a list of all his drugs on his web site. I'll try to post it if I can find it. Hud knows the site so you may want to ask him. Steve B.
