What is a nicin flush

I take anti histamines - for allergies. I think they make me feel better

but that just could be coz I have stopped sneezing.

What has always amazed me about you is the ability to say with such clarity

what helps, what hurts and what doesen't. I have become so health conscious

that ironically, everything sort of blurs into one and I am never sure what

I am feeling and what it comes from

Can you shed any light on how you can pin point the event that causes the

impact
