It's programs include: 1. Care Home for People Living With HIV/AIDS 2. Home based Care Program 3. Men who have Sex with Men (MSM) Program 4. Masters Training Program and Training of Trainers NI is presently looking for candidates to fill the following positions: 1. Medical Doctor: The position includes working with HIV/AIDS clients at the Naz Care Home, treating opportunistic infections for resident clients as well as at the OPD and making home visits. The doctor will also be supervising a clinic for MSM for 2 hours everyday, 5 days a week. The working hours for the position are from 2 PM to 8 PM , 6 days a week. Previous experience of working with HIV/AIDS clients is useful.Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience. It is mandatory for the candidate to be non-discriminatory,non-judgemental and sensitive to issues of PLHAs and MSM. 2. Counselor: The position includes counseling on issues of HIV/AIDS with PLHAs at the care home as well as at their homes while conducting home visits. It is important for candidates to have a good understanding of HIV/AIDS, Sexuality and realted issues including stigma and discrimination. Experience and skill in training will be useful as the candidate could also be considered for NI's training program.
