how about the Magnesium aspartate? has anyone tried it. i know that it comes

in capsules/powdered so it easier to assimilate but i am still not sure of

the composition being what we need...

you said that the glycinate is what you had heard was best for us? do you

know why? also what are the symptoms of the chloride working better for you

that the others...what do you see as the major difference?

in how I react. I find with the magnesium chloride, it's more effective,

I'm able to absorb more. Even though magnesium glycinate is supposed to be

the best form for us, personally I didn't do well with it, even citrate was

better for me, don't know why. Just like everything else, it's all

individuals. The thing to keep in mind is if it causes loose bowels, you're

not absorbing it. Most people don't absorb oxide.
