However, for artists who cannot come to the conference we also plan to have an art on-line projection, at the conference main hall. In this way, we can accommodate and exhibit as many artworks as possible. We wish to use poetry as voices from different cultures and in response to issues discussed in sessions. We would like to ask you to send us some poems you would want us to read to the conference. We plan to organize poetry reading at conference sessions, in all tracks, before, at the end or during the sessions, in original languages. Poetry can be presented as song, chanting, melodious rhyme, and prose, etc. Performance and Live Action will be taking place in hallways, exhibition areas, as well as on stages in community lounge. Guest guest
As I had indicated in an earlier posting, I deal with several Youth and Women Groups based in Mombasa that are involved in HIV/AIDS Awareness campaigns using drama, song and dance as a tool of disseminating information. Will be glad to hear more about this coming festival.
